All returns must cone back to us in the same condition they were received. Refunds shall not be issued for products not used correctly or by not following the care instructions provided with your product.

Cancellations

You must cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering, if your product has already been shipped you must follow the returns process mentioned above. We aim for all wax melts to be shipped within 5 days of ordering. If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us.
