To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for used skincare or beauty products due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned items. We’ll notify you by email once your refund is approved and processed.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
